Lyle Underhill
1950 – 2013

After a battle with illness, Lyle Emerson Underhill, age 62, passed away at the Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital on Monday, February 18, 2013 with his loving wife of 29 years, Debbie, by his side. Loving father to Gordon Underhill and his wife Danielle of Barrie; Jennifer Underhill and her partner Christopher Hodge of Sydney, Australia. Wonderful grandfather to Kendra Underhill. Brother to Gloria Mehaffey; Marion Scott; Keith Underhill; Darlene (Jack) Armstrong; Lynn (Ken) Craig; Marvin (Margaret) Underhill; Ivan Underhill. Predeceased by his parents Gordon and Laurabell, siblings Lois Williams, Larry Underhill and Allison Everett. Lyle was an avid hunter, fisherman and trapper. The family will receive family and friends at Ostrander’s Funeral Home 43 Bidwell St. Tillsonburg (519) 842-5221 on Friday, February 22, 2013 from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. The funeral service for Lyle will commence on Saturday, February 23, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. in Ostrander’s Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Fr. Bill Ward of St. John’s Anglican Church officiating. Interment will be at Kinglake Cemetery. At the family’s request memorial donations (payable by cheque) may be made to ALS Society.
