Obituary for Clarence "Glen" Sidney "Slick Sid" Foster
Glen Foster A.K.A. Slick Sid
1937-2017
Peacefully, on Sunday April 2, 2017, Glen Foster passed away at Victoria Hospital in London, Ontario. Beloved husband to Margo Foster. Loving and caring father to Patti and John Kondrat and Scott and Chris Foster. Will also be missed by grandchildren Deanne and Ben, Meagan and Caleigh, great grandchild Carson and Boo the cat. Predeceased by his mother and father as well as his three brothers and sister. Glen was a long standing member of the Otterville Rod and Gun Club. It was obvious he loved guns and shooting as he had several hanging on his barber shop walls at Foster’s. Glen owned and operated Foster’s barber shop in Tillsonburg for many years with his wife Margo. A private family graveside service will be held on Saturday, April 8, 2017 at Courtland United Church Cemetery. Donations in Glen’s memory may be made to Heart and Stroke Foundation or The Kidney Foundation by contacting Ostrander’s Funeral Home, 43 Bidwell Street, Tillsonburg (519-842-5221) who have been entrusted with the arrangements.
