After a prolonged illness, Vera Beatrice Lambert (nee Smith) of Tillsonburg, formerly of Brownsville, passed away at the Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital, on Monday, May 01, 2017, at the age of 86 years. Loving wife, and best friend of over 67 years to Frank. Caring and devoted mother to Garry (Julie) Lambert of Chatham, ON; Jack (Sharon) Lambert of Caledonia; Stephen Lambert of Tillsonburg; Jennifer (Fred) Matheusik of Tillsonburg; and Craig (Robyn) Lambert of Windham Centre. Proud grandmother to Grace Marie, Jesse, Matthew (Tonya), Ian (Lindsay), Michael, Danielle (Josh), Josh (Sylvie), Jasmine (Tom), Madisson, and Adam. Great grandmother to Emerson, Eva, Magda, Johann, Elise, Vivienne, and Easton. Predeceased by her parents Frank and Beatrice, siblings Cyril, Ethel, Elsie, Kathleen, and Madeline. Cremation has taken place. At Vera’s request a private memorial service will take place.
