BETTY-LOU WRIGHT (1950 – 2017)
Peacefully, on Monday, August 28, 2017 at the Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital, Betty-Lou (Whitesell) Wright, formerly of Springford passed away after a courageous battle with illness at the age of 67 years. Beloved wife and best friend for 42 years to Murray. Proud and loving mother of her three sons; Scott (Karen) of Tillsonburg, Steve (Jennifer) of London and Eric of Tillsonburg. Dear grandmother of Oliver. Betty-Lou is also survived by her many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Clarence and Marion (Carson) Whitesell, her sister Brenda Lee Vallee and brother-in-law Douglas Vallee. Betty-Lou was employed at the Tillsonburg Medical Centre for 36 years. She was also a member of the Quaker Quilt Club of Norwich. A Celebration of Life for Betty-Lou will be held at Ostrander’s Funeral Home, 43 Bidwell Street, Tillsonburg (519-842-5221) on Saturday, September 2, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. with Buck Buchner officiating. Inurnment to follow at the Tillsonburg Cemetery Columbarium. Memorial donations to the Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital would be appreciated by the Wright family.
