MARY (JAKOBI) BOYD (1939 – 2017)

Peacefully at Westmount Gardens Nursing Home, London on Tuesday, October 3, 2017, Mary Boyd, formerly of Tillsonburg, passed away at the age of 78 years. Beloved wife and best friend of Robert (Bob). Proud and loving mother of Erick Boyd (Stephanie) and Jill Boyd. Cherished grandmother of Adam and Leah Boyd. Dear sister of John Jakobi and his wife Lizette, Willy Jakobi and his wife Rosalie and David Jakobi. Also survived by several nieces and nephews as well as cousins. Mary was an employee of Canada Trust in Tillsonburg for many-many years. Friends and relatives will be received at Peace Lutheran Church, 60 Young Street, Tillsonburg on Wednesday, October 11, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. The Funeral Service for Mary will follow at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Paul Schallhorn officiating. Interment at Rhineland Cemetery. Memorial donations to Peace Lutheran Church, Alzheimers Society or charity of your choice would be appreciated.
