JEAN ALICE PALMER (1927 – 2017)
Jean Alice Palmer of Tillsonburg passed away peacefully on December 14, 2017 at the Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital, with loving family by her side at the age of 90. Born in Niagara Falls, Ontario, daughter of Fred and Irene Want. Jean moved to Tillsonburg from Toronto in 1998. While in Tillsonburg she enjoyed painting and she was active at the Station Arts Centre. She was also a registered nurse and worked as a receptionist for Dr. James McKay while in Toronto. Jean will be dearly remembered for her smile and good sense of humour. Loving wife of John Palmer for 68 years, mother of daughter Barbara (1987) and son David (Cathy). Loving grandmother of Jeannette Palmer, Jeff Palmer and Kim Simpson. Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will take place at a later date.
