God looked around is garden and found a empty space. He looked down upon the earth and saw your tired face.He wrapped his arms around you and lifted you to rest. Gods garden must be beautiful now He always takes the best. He knew that you were suffering,He knew that you were in pain,He knew you would never get well on earth again,He saw that the road was getting rough. And the hills were hard to climb,so he closed your weary eyes. And whispered”please be thine” It broke our hearts to lose you But you didn’t go alone for part of us went with you the day God called you home.

Condolence: My condolences to the Price family. Although I haven't lived in Straffordville for quite some time, it was always a pleasure to visit with Glen when I returned for a function and he was present.He always had a lot of stories and wanted to know how your family was doing.The last visit I had with Glen was over a year ago at the Straffordville cemetary. I was putting flowers on my father's grave when a car pulled up behind and this voice yelled out, how about a game of cards Ted! Great memories Glen. R.I.P

Condolence: I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your dad. I have such wonderful memories of your dad. He used to play music in the porch and I could hear it across the street. He used to tease me and that used to make me feel like I had a second family. When I would run in to him when I would come home , he would ask about my family and update me on everyone else. He was a force and will be greatly missed

Condolence: We always enjoyed meeting Glen at the mall in Tburg. He and his family were mom and dads (Bob and Margaret Grant) neighbours for many years. A funny story.... one day while at the mall we met Glen and he was doing scratch off lottery tickets so we convinced mom (Margaret Grant) to buy five scratch tickets too. she did and won five hundred dollars with which she bought a microwave oven. so thanks to Glen. We always enjoyed his stories about the war and his old pictures of straffordville. We shared his sorrow when his wife died. As he said, she was the only one for me. I kissed her goodbye and she was gone. We definitely will miss Glen. He is part of our Straffordville and Tillsonburg. And we always wondered how they fit so many kids in that little house...lol.

Condolence: I was saddened to hear about the passing of my Uncle Glen. I last saw him at the Remembrance Day ceremony on Nov 11th. Uncle Glen, we will miss your spellbinding stories of your air force days and your adventures after your return from the war. Your musical talent showed in your singing and in your playing of the guitar, violin and harmonica. You showed keen interest in our side of the family [my Dad was Uncle Glen's older brother, George] and we will always be thankful that your stay on this earth touched our lives. Rest in Peace, Uncle.

Condolence: My deepest condolences to all of Glen Prices family. I first met Mr Price when I was new to the area and working at Shoppers in Tillsonburg. Glen would always come to our Seniors Day and have cake. Which was a no no for him. I always laughed as he would then return with his wife and tell me not to tell her he had cake. And then they both had cake. As Glen gave that smile. Mr Glen Price our paths crossed many times since then. And I as many others won't forget what a wonderful caring sweet man you are. Fly high and eat as much cake now, you earned it. R.I.P.

Condolence: My uncle Glen was always very special to me. He had a remarkable memory and I would listen intensely as he recounted memories of his past, whether it was of his employment in logging camps or installing fire towers in northern Ontario, or cat fishing with the bamboo pole along Big Otter Creek. He always had the memory and sharpness of mind that I wish I had. I will always have special moments burned in my mind such as his fiddle and guitar playing while I accompanied on my guitar. There were also those surprise occasions like when we were watching close up, black bears feeding at a disposal site on a northern camping trip. We tossed some bread out to them and then there was Glen on all fours with a slice of bread in his mouth feeding it to a bear (even though he said he knew he shouldn’t have) who gently took it into his mouth. Sometimes he would impress me with simple things like identifying a yellow flowered lawn weed as Black Medic, which really impressed me, as a nature buff. I will really, really miss him!

Condolence: I met Glen about 6 years ago when I started working for Combined Insurance. Glen was my absolute favourite customer and I looked forward to our visit every 6 months. Glen was so proud of his children and grandchildren and we we spend hours looking through his old war photos - he even put his uniform on once to show me he could still fit into it. Glen was so full of life and enthusiasm and I will miss my visits with him. I will be there to pay my respects to my favorite customer ❤️
