Obituary for Charles Raymond Vince
CHARLES RAYMOND VINCE (1943 – 2018)
Suddenly, on Thursday, February 15, 2018 at the Stratford General Hospital, Charles Vince, formerly of Tillsonburg, passed away at the age of 74 years. Beloved husband of the Late Jean Young (1987) and Mary Otto of Seabringville. Much loved father to Elizabeth Crawford of Woodstock, Raymond Vince of Tillsonburg, Wanda Chamberlain (Robert) of London and Tim Vince (Dawn) of Tillsonburg. Dear grandfather of Annette, Corey, Sarah, Steven, Chantelle, Amber, Alexander, Victoria and Olivia as well as several great-grandchildren. Also survived by a brother David and sister-in-law Jean Vince. Predeceased by a grandson Wade (1992) and a brother John (2010). Friends and relatives will be received at Ostrander’s Funeral Home, 43 Bidwell Street, Tillsonburg (519-842-5221) on Saturday, February 24, 2018 from 12 noon – 4:00 p.m. The Memorial service for Charles will be held in Ostrander’s Chapel on Sunday, February 25, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. with Rev. Amanda MacMillan officiating. Private family inurnment will be held at the Tillsonburg Cemetery at a later date. Memorial donations to Ronald McDonald House would be appreciated by the Vince family.
