Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Merna Bennett can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: Irv and my condolences to you four boys and your families on the death of your loving Mom.We always enjoyed your whole family when we lived across the street from you on Arbor Lane and the many years since of associations.I enjoyed a very short visit with Merna on her 90th birthday at Maple Manor after her party with all of you at the Golf Club. She was still glowing.

Condolence: Our deepest and heartfelt condolences.
Your family was one of those who welcomed us through Ms Kerene Kelly when we first migrated to Canada, in Tillsonburg. Bill became my adopted Dad who walked me through the aisle when we I got married in the middle of winter.
Both your Mom and Dad and your families will always be in our prayers.

Love,
Norie, Aurie and Jenny

Condolence: Merna, for a number of years, was a very effective member of the Tillsonburg Library Board. AS CEO, I always appreciated the common sense and good humour that she brought to many of the issues the Library Board dealt with. She was very much missed when she chose to leave the Board for other volunteer options.

Condolence: Jeff; Kevin; Brad; Greg and Families!

I am so sorry for your loss. So many memories for all of us kids growing up in Annandale Sub-division. One of my best memories was when we were be in the last inning of a ballgame and Merna would ring "The Bell" for her boys to come home for dinner. All the kids would go home. Another Great Lady in Heaven to watch over us all. Remember to keep your memories close to your heart.

Condolence: Our sincere condolences for the loss of your Mom. We have many fond memories of our many family times together at Chateau Woodland in the Haliburton Highlands. Greg and Dean always kept us on our toes and your Mom and Dad kept us laughing.
Your parents were great people and wonderful friends and your Mom was very proud of "her" boys!!
