EILEEN (BREARLEY) FOSTER
Peacefully, at the Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital on Friday, September 28, 2018, Eileen Lydia (Brearley) Foster passed away at the age of 90 years. Beloved wife for 62 wonderful years to the Late Alvin Foster (2009). Proud and loving mother to Grant Foster (Ruthanne), Theresa Johnston (Jeffrey), and Charlene Foster (Thom Sutherland). Cherished grandmother to Bryce Foster, Andrew Foster (Crystal), Kevin Foster, Teri Ballard (Jon) and Robyn Dennis (Tyson) and great-grandmother to Caelie, Alexandra, Audrey, Jasmine, Eliza, Blase, Jasper, Keigan, and Taylor. Dear sister of Gwen Roebuck, Henry Brearley (Betty) and sister—in-law of William Arn. Eileen is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Charles and Esther (Frayer) Brearley, and three sisters Gertrude, Mary and Lucille.
Friends and relatives will be received at Ostrander’s Funeral Home, 43 Bidwell Street, Tillsonburg (519)842-5221 on Monday, October 1, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. The Funeral Service for Eileen will follow at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Ted Smith officiating. Interment will take place at Evergreen Cemetery, Lynedoch In memory of Eileen, memorial donations to Courtland United Church or Evergreen Cemetery would be welcomed.
