Condolence: We are so sorry to hear of Joe's passing. He was such a good guy. We are going to miss our annual lunch with him and Rosemary on Remembrance Day after the cenotaph service. Condolence: I had the opportunity to work with Joe. I had never met him before and the Tillsonburg Post office needed a casual to go with him on his route. I got the job. Joe and I delivered the mail for 5 days and I don't recall a negative comment coming from him. He was very respectful and I had a great week. He talked fishing and you could tell that the moment he was able he was "gone fishing". My sincere condolences to his family and friends for their loss. Rest in Peace Joe.
