Not a day goes by that I don't think of my dear friend Alec. But he wasn't just a friend to me. He was also a co-worker, a boss, and most importantly, a father figure. I miss him dearly and I often wish he were still here. He left me something behind. A wonderful person named Rosemary who has become very dear to my heart. My prayers go out to the family as we remember the life of a friend, husband, father, grandfather. Alec, you are missed everyday! Love, Helen Colafranceschi

For 14 short years we had known each other. We worked together and then I worked for you. Every single Thursday(almost)we prepared pesto for your customers like clockwork for almost 9 years! But you were so much more than my "boss". Having spent so much time with you I had grown to love you because of your kind and generous heart. You became such an important part of my life. You were not just a friend, but instead you became family. Most people only get one father, but I believe that I was blessed with two. You were like a father to me and I will forever be grateful to have had the opportunity to be a part of your life. I feel a tremendous loss, yet I am blessed having had you in my life! Always in my heart Alec!!
