Condolence: As the founder of Feline Friends Network, I first met Charlie when we desperately needed help feeding a small colony of cats living outside his apartment building. I still remember knocking on the apartment door, and how thrilled I was when he said yes, of course he would help...and that began some years of a relationship between us. Charlie loved those cats so much...and was so proud of his volunteer work with us. Deepest condolences to his family, and for Charlie, I hope you are looking down on your feline friends and are happy that they will continue to be looked after by us...

Condolence: To Charlie's family and friends, I want to express my heartfelt sympathy for your loss. I'm a Feline Friends volunteer, and got to know Charlie a little bit when we met from time to time at events or meetings over the years. I always enjoyed talking with him about his colony. He took such good care of the cats on Kemp Cr... I knew he was devoted to feeding them, making sure they had shelter, and looking out for their wellbeing. I was so sorry when he had to move and leave the kitties behind. Someone who showed such a dedication to homeless cats, who are overlooked by so many people, is a good & kind soul. Wishing you peace as you grieve for your loved one.
